This Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy applies to all purchases made through accface.com (“Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms below.


1. No Refund Policy

All products sold on this Website are digital goods.

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If a product is defective or does not match its description at the time of delivery, we may provide a replacement at our sole discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.


2. Warranty for Defective Products Only

If a buyer initiates a chargeback:

  • We reserve the right to immediately terminate all services

  • The buyer may be permanently banned from future purchases

  • We may submit evidence of digital delivery, communication logs, and IP data to the payment processor

  • We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent disputes

Digital product delivery records will be used as proof of service fulfillment.


4. Fraud Monitoring

We actively monitor transactions for:

  • Suspicious payment behavior

  • High-risk countries

  • Mismatched billing details

  • Multiple account abuse

Orders flagged as high-risk may be delayed, canceled, or require verification.


5. Agreement to Resolve Disputes Directly

By purchasing from this Website, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a dispute with:

  • Banks

  • Credit card providers

  • Payment processors

Failure to do so may result in account blacklisting and legal action if fraud is suspected.
