Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all sales of digital products and services from accface.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) and applies to all buyers (“you”, “your”, “Buyer”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

1. No Refunds — All Sales Are Final

Because all products sold on accface.com are digital in nature and delivered electronically, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product, account, login credentials, or service is delivered to you, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Mistaken purchase

  • Failure to use the product as intended

  • Platform suspension, ban, or restriction

  • Technical issues on third-party platforms

  • Customer error during login or setup

This no-refund policy applies even if the product is used, partially used, or no longer needed.

2. Digital Nature of Products

Products and services offered include but are not limited to:

  • Social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Advertising accounts

  • Business Manager accounts

  • Digital assets and access credentials

Due to their digital and consumable nature, these items cannot be returned once delivered or accessed.

3. Warranty & Defects (Optional Limited Warranty)

We may offer a separate limited warranty to address obvious mismatches with the product description before you access the delivered credentials. Any such warranty:

  • Must be claimed within a defined short time after delivery

  • Requires evidence that the delivered product does not match the description

However, this warranty is not a refund — it may provide a replacement asset of similar type/value only, at our discretion.

4. Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read all product descriptions carefully before ordering.

  • You understand the risks associated with digital account acquisition and usage.

  • You are responsible for how you use the delivered product.

  • We are not liable for loss related to platform enforcement (e.g., suspension or ban of accounts by third-party platforms such as Facebook or TikTok).

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, dispute or unauthorized reversal with your payment provider may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to delivered products or services

  • Permanent blocking from future purchases

  • Reporting to payment processors and relevant authorities

We reserve all rights to pursue legal remedies for fraud or wrongful chargebacks.

6. Applicable Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction where the seller operates.
